Maple Cream is a simply delicious creamy spread made only from Maple Syrup! It can used in place of maple syrup on pancakes or waffles but is also an amazing addition to buttered toast, plain yogurt, oatmeal, or fruit slices. Maple Cream is made by taking Maple Syrup to a high temperature, allowing it to cool into a taffy, and then whipping it.
Maple Cream is not hot packed so it should be kept in the refrigerator even before opening. It is common for Maple Cream to be left out for short periods of time (a week or two) with no problems but just like Maple Syrup it will eventually mold with no refridgeration.
