Hello and thank you for visiting with us here at Tree of Life Maple Farm, a rural organic maple farm located in the mountains of Northwestern Maine. Our beautiful sugarbush is situated to the western side of Boundary Bald Mountain, one of the regions highest mountains, just a few miles from the Canadian border. Our trees are truly situated in some of Maine's wildlands; at over 4 miles from the nearest paved road, it is land that abounds with clear mountain springs, babbling brooks, moose, deer, and bear.
This beautiful place is where my wife Anna and I, and our four children (Caleb, Joshua, Ariel, and James) are so blessed to work and we want you, our customers, to know that you're purchasing products from a family farm that is here to answer your questions and listen to your requests.
Our sugar house was constructed with efficiency, simplicity, and cleanliness in mind. All of our new equipment is constructed of stainless steel or other food grade materials and extra attention to detail has been given to ensure that we are producing syrup that is handled and produced in a way you can feel good about!
Maple Syrup is just Maple Syrup isn't it?
Well yes and no! Tree Of Life Maple Farm is Organic Certified by MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Assoc.) and that means that we are held to a higher standard. All our harvesting and processing equipment is comprised of either food grade materials or stainless steel, and undesirable materials like galvanized storage containers, and non-organic processing agents are not used. Our facilities and woods are inspected yearly and our cleaning processes utilize Organically approved agents and protocols. In addition to being Organic Certified, we at Tree Of Life Maple Farm attempt to go the extra mile and strive to produce and offer some of the best flavored syrup available combined with excellent customer service and satisfaction.
We also want to take this opportunity to give thanks to God for all He has done and for allowing us to do this. We are so grateful to be able to do what we do and when we look back at how it all came about, it truly is a miracle in the making!
